Jorge is responsible for leading Broadway Malyan’s Madrid and Santiago studios, working on a diverse range of projects across Spain, and increasingly in South America. He joined the practice in 2002 as a Director of Architecture having run his own architecture firm for five years. Since joining the firm the Madrid studio has experienced continuous growth, leading to Jorge’s elevation to the Broadway Malyan Holdings Ltd Board in 2008.

With more than 20 years experience working across Spain, Jorge brings all-round professional experience and a real understanding of the market to every project on which he works. He led the firm’s design and delivery of prestigious shopping centres such as the Carrefour Holea in Spain, Terrazas de Mayo in Buenos Aires and FAN Mallorca. He has worked across all sectors and scales but has a particular expertise in retail and hospitality. On LinkedIn, he is a regular commentator on retail sector trends and news attracting over 15,000 followers.

As Chair of the Americas Board, he splits his time between Spain and Latin America playing an instrumental role in the growth of the firm in these regions.
