Board Director
Kevin has many years of experience implementing a diverse range of major projects in a number of sectors, including complex and high-rise mixed-use developments. He enjoys a hands-on approach with his project teams, working closely with them to mentor delivery expertise. Kevin focuses also on research and development, and has a keen interest in new methods of working, and interfacing with external specialists to forward opportunities to work together with new and emerging technologies.
Kevin is a keen advocate of Sustainable design, and has a Director role to develop sustainable approaches within the practice, and to work with specialists on research and development of both software and practical implementation. He has been responsible for our Framework Specialists programme, works closely with our in-house specialists and mentors technical expertise within the business.
As Director of Broadway Malyan, Kevin works both with our UK and overseas teams and has been responsible for our UAE operation and the delivery of major projects within the region over recent years. He has worked directly with some of the most major developers and Operators in the region, as well as experience across the GCC region and Syria.
