Ian joined Broadway Malyan in 1996 and was appointed to the Board in 2006. Ian has worked on a number of award-winning projects, both in the UK and overseas, including projects in France, Sydney, the Middle East and Asia. He has a passion for place-making and specialises in a wide variety of residential, complex mixed-use and regeneration projects in both the private and public sector. He has recently led a number of high profile projects in the residential and healthcare sectors, including the National Heart Centre Singapore. Ian heads up Broadway Malyan's Singapore office.
