Martin first joined Broadway Malyan in 1997 and was appointed as a director in 2005. Martin has won awards for Broadway Malyan schemes including the Shrub Hill residential-led redevelopment along Leith Walk, Edinburgh; The Greenside Place bridge link in Edinburgh; and the Town Centre Management award for the ‘String of Pearls’ concept and development framework for Princes Street, Edinburgh.
Martin’s team in London work on both local and international residential-led mixed-use urban design schemes and his team in Edinburgh work on the local delivery of onsite project work.
Martin is a member of the UK Green Building Council.
