Neil joined Broadway Malyan in 1988 and leads Broadway Malyan's Manchester office. First and foremost an architect, Neil is passionate about architecture and how intelligent design can contribute to more successful communities and workplaces whilst providing additional commercial
benefits for our clients. Currently working on a number of major mixed-use, education and workplace projects in the NorthWest, Neil has been instrumental in transforming the Salford Quays area into a thriving new community with projects that include Countryside Properties iconic NV Buildings and Millennium Estates' Erie Basin. Neil has also acted as an expert design witness at numerous Public Inquiries.
