With over 25 years experience at Broadway Malyan, Gary spent 15 years establishing and working in the the London office before focusing on developing the business throughout the UK. Following the establishment of Broadway Malyan's London office, he founded the Manchester office in 1997, and more recently the Birmingham and Liverpool offices. He has overall Executive Board responsibility for the practice's architectural businesses in the Regional UK.
He has extensive contacts in the private sector and has worked for a number of significant clients including Prudential, La Salle Investment, Aviva, Peel Holdings, Redrow, Schroders and London and Regional Property. Gary is a member of the BCSC and the ICSC and delivers schemes on behalf of retail sector clients, both developers and end users. Public sector clients include Bolton at Home and Birmingham City Council.
He is committed to the Broadway Malyan culture of professional service and proud of the high standards of design and project delivery. The holistic structure of the business is the foundation that continues to secure the business throughout the UK and internationally.
