Neil Rose - Director

Neil is responsible for Broadway Malyan’s Manchester office, and the new office in Birmingham. First and foremost an architect, Neil is passionate about architecture and how intelligent design can contribute to more successful communities whilst providing additional benefits for our commercial clients.

Currently working on a number of major mixed-use projects in Manchester, Neil has been instrumental in transforming the Salford Quays area into a thriving new community with projects that include Countryside Properties iconic new NV Buildings.
