Melvin has over 30 years experience in design and architecture, specialising in Retail Design since 1995. His experience in the design of shopping environments, linked with commercial and retail marketing expertise gives him a unique insight into the design of shopping centres. He is working with many of the leading European Developers to create innovative environments that will fulfil the future aspirations of shoppers and retailers alike.

He is responsible for Retail Design projects throughout the UK and Europe, including London, Edinburgh, Dublin and Athens, together with schemes in Portugal, Turkey, Italy and Ireland.

Melvin was appointed to the board in 2005.
