Matt Brook - Director

Before joining Broadway Malyan’s Manchester office in 2001, Matt Brook graduated with a Distinction from Liverpool John Moores University’s School of Architecture and was nominated for a RIBA President's Silver Medal.

He is passionate about high quality design and its role in successful regeneration, and is currently leading the high-profile Mann Island scheme in Liverpool. Recent schemes include the award winning Vicus apartments in the Castlefield conservation area of Manchester and Islington Wharf, a prestigious mixed-use development at the gateway to New Islington Village.

Matt is a guest reviewer for Liverpool John Moores University student’s final year degree projects and sits on the judging panel for Broadway Malyan’s annual design awards.
