This is a senior leadership position within our global urbanism team; you will have responsibility for identifying and pursuing project opportunities and building strategic client relationships as well taking forward and leading projects. You would be expected to work closely with our Manchester based Director of Urbanism and the wider leadership team. You would have a desire to build a quality portfolio of work, expand our client base and help manage and lead a highly capable and skilled team.

· Qualification in Architecture, Urban Design or Landscape Architecture with a minimum of 10 years’ experience.

We have an opportunity for a suitably qualified Part 2 Architectural Assistant with a diploma in Architecture and the enthusiasm and talent necessary to join our successful Reading office.

We would like to hear from you if you have:

  • A passion for architectural design and a strong design flair.
  • Proficient in Autocad, Creative Suite and Sketch Up. Revit skills would be advantageous.
  • Good freehand drawing skills.

3D Studio Max Architectural Visualiser / CG Artist London Studio by Broadway Malyan

Are you a creative and focussed individual able to work to tight deadlines? If so, we have a position for an experienced Senior 3D Visualiser based in our Central London studio.

A WA100 International architectural practice, working on a number of high profile projects, are looking for a Senior 3D Visualiser, to produce concept / design development images through to presentation, sales and marketing (presentation level) visualisations.

The successful candidate will be located within the design teams producing images (to support the design team) at all stages of the design process. The candidate must be passionate about architecture and design and have completed an architectural degree (Part I minimum). The candidate must be an expert user of 3D Studio Max, Vray, Sketchup, and animation / editing software (preferably After Effects and Premiere / Premier Plus). An Expert user of Adobe Photoshop and must possess the ability to understand and fluently interpret 2-dimensional architectural AutoCAD / Revit drawings is essential.

Paralegal / Legal Executive – Weybridge by Broadway Malyan Admin

6 month fixed term contract

(Full-time but part-time would be considered)

 We are a successful international Architectural Design company and employ approximately 500 staff in 16 locations throughout the UK, Europe and in other international locations.  Our business grows through our reputation and our success is dependent on the talents and enterprise of the people we employ. 

The role will involve assisting with all legal issues arising from the running of a professional services business, including litigation, regulatory, intellectual property, general commercial, tortious and contractual matters.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the lawyers when they are advising on, drafting and negotiating client matters including contracts, master service agreements, NDAs, collateral warranties, novation agreements etc... 
  • Providing assistance to the Company Secretary on corporate matters
  • Assistance with contentious matters e.g. creating bundles of documents, retrieving files, co-ordinating with business colleagues to locate documents, first level review of documents.
  • Legal Research for the lawyers on a variety of queries and matters.
  • General administrative assistance.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Law degree (2:1 minimum) or non-law degree followed by GDL plus, ideally, LPC or Legal Executive qualification. 
  • Previous experience in the construction industry preferred but not essential
  • Experience of contracts for services essential.
  • Strong personal communication skills, including oral/written communication, capable of dealing with ride range of people
  • Strong organisational, planning and project management skills
  • Good IT Skills including Microsoft office and Excel
  • The ability to keep calm in a crisis and to cope well with conflicting deadlines.
  • The ability to deal with problems in a practical and common sense way.
