Graphic Designer – Reading by Broadway Malyan

Broadway Malyan is a global architecture, urbanism and design practice with 16 studios across the world. We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Reading team.

This position offers the right candidate a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a truly global business.

We require a confident individual who has a flair for digital and print design. Working as part of a small but focused graphics team and working closely with the architectural team they will play a key role in strengthening and maintaining our graphic and architectural presence. 

Based in our Reading studio, this role will include:

·       Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for a range of collateral including corporate brochures, adverts, presentations, work winning materials and Design and Access Statements.

·       Developing bespoke brands and visual identities to support the work of our architects and masterplanners

·       Participating in the internal approvals process including amends and final sign-off

·       Quality control and proofing of final materials

·       Ensuring that we present the business consistently and to a high standard

·       Flexible Hours are available

 

Key skills and attributes:

·       A relevant qualification in graphic design

·       Team player with a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

·       Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others and communicate design concepts

·       Strong attention to detail and accuracy

·       Effective time and project management to ensure deadlines are met

·       Expert user of design and photo-editing software, specifically Adobe Creative Cloud Suite

CRM Manager/Assistant (contract) - Birmingham by Broadway Malyan

Contract/Interim role (3 days per week or full-time) – 8 – 10 weeks

Reporting to Group Marketing Director (based in London)

Availability: Immediately

Broadway Malyan is a global architecture, urbanism and design practice with 16 studios across world centres.  The group marketing team has grown over the past 2 years and is driving through strategic global initiatives including CRM to deliver the practice’s corporate objectives. The marketing team is based across two studios: London and Birmingham, but regular meetings both in person and online ensure strong sense of team and delivery of projects.

We are seeking a CRM Assistant on a contract basis to lead on the development of Zoho, our CRM system to meet our business requirements and project manage our data integrity review.  The role will report directly to the Group Marketing Director based in London.

Key responsibilities

1.     To customise Zoho CRM database to meet the needs of the business in terms of marketing campaigns, bid management tracking and conversion rates and business development.

2.     To co-ordinate the data cleaning process including external consultants and temporary staff to ensure we have an accurate database.

3.     To develop Zoho CRM integration with 3rd party applications like MailChimp

4.     Develop reports and dashboards that will enable marketing and bid managers to interrogate data and monitor performance.

5.     To ensure full integration and understanding of the Zoho mobile app

6.     To train the marketing and bid managers throughout the business both in person (in the UK) and remotely for our overseas staff.

7.     To assist the Group Marketing Director with ensuring we are GDPR compliant.

Experience

Previous experience of working with other CRM systems

Been involved with the development and roll out of a CRM system

Direct experience of data cleaning and management including data regulations

Have the independence and confidence to drive the project forward

Strong attention to detail

Our Weybridge Studio are seeking a talented Graduate Landscape Architect in a permanent role to assist in the delivery of an expanding portfolio of projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career as an important part of a wider design team, which includes landscape architects, urban designers and architects.

Talented Visually, Masterplanner – London Studio by Broadway Malyan Admin

Our International Masterplanning Team, based in the London Studio, is seeking talented and enthusiastic masterplanning illustrator artist to enhance visually our plans.

The candidate would typically have landscape architectural or architectural background, with particular interest in illustrating the masterplans. The excellent command of Photoshop and Illustrator software would (s) be expected of the candidate. 

The role would not be only limited to visualising; involvement in the design and all aspects of the Masterplanning would be open to the candidate, but with a clear focus of the appointment on the visual aspect of the job.
